I can’t believe I’m posting this picture for all the world to see. (or maybe just the 10 or so of you that will actually stop by) No makeup and in my PJ’s…what am I thinking?
Today is one of those days that I probably won’t get out of my PJ’s until I absolutely have to. Reagan has tap class this afternoon so I’ll have to make myself eventually I guess. But rainy days always have this effect on me – I just want to cuddle and watch a movie and drink coffee.
Rylee has ceased to be a good napper – she used to take 2-3 good long naps everyday and now she fights me so much that I am lucky to get 20 minutes out of her. I won’t complain too much because she is still sleeping a good 10 hours straight at night so I’ll shut up about sleep issues.
We have seriously cut back on our Christmas shopping this year. Don and I aren’t buying each other anything that won’t fit in our stockings and I have been pretty good at sticking to the budget for the kids. Even with the budget I have found some great things for Reagan that I’m so excited about. I’ll be sure to post pictures after he opens everything. I can’t wait – I’m such a holiday junkie.
Bryan took some great pictures for us last Sunday. (it’s great to have a brother who will take free pics for his sister…love you, brother) Here are a few…

Rylee’s awake again so let me run pat her butt for 20 minutes….
I think you look pretty good. I like the natural look.
I’m with you on the Christmas present thing. Anthony and have been slowly buying boxes of wood floor for our house. So we’ll continue to do so, and that will be our Christmas to each other. Which makes me perfectly happy.
I got all my shopping done the other day at the Charlotte mall and alot of it done in the Disney store. They were having a huge 50% off sale so I took advantage on being able to get some really nice gifts for $10 and under!!!!! If I told how how much on spent on Christmas for 8 kids you would freak! I was excited. We’re only buying for the kids and teenagers in our family this year and are doing photo books for our parents. Which I’m assuming they’ll love more than any present we could buy them anyway.
I’m with you on the PJ’s on a rainy day. I’m the same way. Maybe that’s why I love it when I wake up and it’s raining outside…..unless I have errands to run.
The pics. of your babies are SO great. Looking forward to seeing more. Cause I know there are tons more good ones.
See ya later on. <3 you.
Can you see me?? I’m doing the exact same thing… minus the baby butt patting. I just looked at the clock and thought — holy cow, it’s lunch time and I’m still sipping coffee. The cable guy is coming, that’s the only reason I put pants on.
Oh, yeah… LOVE your photos! I MUST see those babies soon!
I wish I looked that good without makeup.
dang. thats you w/out make-up. wow! beautiful!
Christmas budget. if we hadnt received a bonus this year, first one in about 5 years and have only had one small raise in 10 years, we wouldnt be doing much either. but i tell ya…my kids are 12 and 14 and gifts are a bit more spendy now. sheesh.
my man asked me what i wanted for Christmas. im thinking cheap and practical, right? first things that comes to mind, something i really want, are Glade Clean Linen refills. i seriously want a bunch of those so i can just grab’em when im out. He laughed at me! then told me, No. wha??!
You have great skin though! You could have not so clear skin… My starbucks fave is the white chocolate mocha or peppermint hot chocolate!
sounds like a perfect day to me! don’t know about the baby butt patting part though!
glad your little bundle of joy is sleeping through the night for you now. both of your children are adorable!
If that’s no make up , it’s looking good on you.
We finally bit the bullet and told our parents, grandparents, aunts & uncles and siblings that this year we’re only buying presents for the children and cousins. It’s really hard. I love giving gifts! But we’re down to scratch this year. I could so easily spend $200 on my husband, and I have to find him something nice for $25. Bleah.
I’m probably getting a 3-qt saucepan, which would be totally cool. I’m having trouble boiling enough potatoes for 6 in my 2-qt, and I hate dragging out my spaghetti pot to boil potatoes in. So I would be happy with that, even though it’s hardly romantic.
